These Terms apply to orders placed withJust For You Balloon Gifts through our website or otherwise accepted by us.They should be read with our Delivery & Pickup Policy and the cancellationand refund provisions below. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Our decorative balloongifts use air-filled balloons (not helium) and artificial everlasting blooms.Each arrangement is handmade and may show minor differences in dimensions,flowers, ribbon placement, materials or precise colours compared with photographs.We aim to maintain the overall character and quality of the pictured or agreeddesign. Product descriptions and material characteristics must still meetapplicable consumer guarantees.
Small presentationvariations may be necessary because components vary or combinations areunsuitable. We will contact you before making significant substitutions orreplacing a featured gift component. Requested customisations are subject tocompatibility, material availability and production constraints. If we cannotfulfil an order, we will discuss an agreed alternative or refund asappropriate.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The website displays selling prices including GST, asindicated on product pages. Delivery and additional charges will be shown oragreed before payment. Payments are processed using third-party paymentservices; we do not ordinarily receive full payment-card details. Orderacknowledgements do not prevent us from contacting you where fulfilment detailsrequire confirmation.
Orders are made to order.Standard production operates Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, with noroutine same-day preparation. Pickup is by appointment in South Melbourne.Melbourne courier delivery is available subject to courier coverage and availability.National shipping applies only to products marked “Australia-wide”. Please contact us as soonas possible if you need to cancel. We offer a full refund before productionstarts, provided no special materials have been purchased and no reasonablenon-recoverable costs specifically for the order have been incurred. Where suchcosts have been incurred, we will explain them and the refund available. Onceproduction has commenced, change-of-mind cancellations are generally notrefundable. At our discretion we may consider a partial refund or prepaidcredit/rain check in individual circumstances. This paragraph is about changeof mind, not statutory remedies.
Changes to messages,colours, gift contents, dates or delivery instructions are considered wherepractical, subject to availability and preparation progress. We will tell youabout any additional agreed charges. Changes after production or dispatch may notbe possible.
Please let us knowpromptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the gift andpackaging where possible. This is a request to help investigate the issue andis not a deadline for statutory rights. Depending on the nature of the issueand applicable consumer guarantees, the appropriate remedy may be repair,correction, replacement, a partial refund, a full refund or another legallyrequired resolution. For a major failure, the customer may have the right tochoose a refund or replacement.
Our balloons are air-filledand so firmness may change with time, temperature, handling and construction.Some balloons remain taut for months; others may soften sooner. We do notguarantee a particular lifespan. Gradual ageing is different from a balloonarriving substantially deflated or failing to meet consumer guarantees. We willassess reported problems fairly, having regard to photos, timing andcircumstances.
Handle balloon arrangementscarefully, keep away from heat, sunlight and sharp objects, and supervisechildren and pets. Open shipping cartons with scissors held shallowly; do notcut into the box with a knife. We may photographnon-identifying completed arrangements for our portfolio or marketing. We willseek appropriate permission before publishing identifiable photographs, privatemessages or other personal customer details. Promotional offers may be restrictedby dates, qualifying groups, postcodes and availability; relevant conditionswill be provided with the offer. Website photographs, branding and copy remainprotected by their respective intellectual property rights.
Nothing here limitsstatutory consumer guarantees. We are not generally responsible for damagesolely due to misuse after delivery, without affecting liability for defects ormatters for which we remain legally responsible. We may update these terms for futureorders; updated terms do not retrospectively remove existing rights. Theseterms are governed by Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory legalprotections.
