Every Just For You Balloon Gift is individually handmade.
We’re based in Melbourne. Most gifts can be delivered Australia-wide, while larger or fragile pieces are Melbourne only. We’ve indicated which products can be shipped where on the web site.
Depending on the gift we offer 2 or 3 delivery options:
- nationwide shipping for products labelled “Australia-wide”
- courier delivery across metropolitan Melbourne and
- free pickup by appointment in South Melbourne.
Delivery timeline depend heavily on the courier so please contact us before ordering if your gift is required for an important date. We want your special moment to go smoothly!
Each balloon gift is individually handmade with care, so preparation generally begins on the next business day after your order is placed. We normally produce orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays,and preparation usually takes 1–2 production business days after the order is accepted and the next production opportunity is available. We do not routinely produce on weekends. Urgent orders, weekend production and special arrangements may be available by prior agreement, at our discretion, and may attract additional charges. During high-demand holiday periods we may extend production hours.
Production time and courier transit time are additional, not overlapping. These are indicative business-day periods - they are not guaranteed arrival dates.

*Total time estimates assume ordinary weekday production and courier operation. Weekends, public holidays, order complexity, production scheduling, courier availability and other circumstances can extendelapsed calendar time.
Pickup is free, by appointment only. Once your gift is ready we will agree the next mutually convenient collection slot, which may be one or more days later. We will provide the pickup address and instructions after ordering. Please wait for confirmation before attending.
We offer courier delivery to suburbs within the contiguous Melbourne metropolitan urban area, subject to courier availability. If you are uncertain whether your address is covered, contact us to confirm. Courier schedules vary by area; specific delivery times are not guaranteed. Dedicated door-to-door delivery may be available for a higher price, quoted individually.
Nationwide delivery is offered only for products identified on the website as “Australia-wide”. Not every arrangement is suitable for long-distance shipping. We package eligible gifts for transit and use courier partners; all transit windows are estimates. Regional and rural destinations may take longer.
Where authorised and suitable, the courier may leave a gift in a reasonably safe, sheltered place. Otherwise, the courier may attempt to contact the purchaser or recipient or arrange redelivery. Reasonable additional charges may apply when a repeat attempt results from incorrect delivery details, inaccessible premises or an unavailable recipient. Alternatively, in some cases collection from a courier depot may be available, subject to the courier's arrangements. Customers are responsible for any associated collection costs and may be required to present identification. We may decline unattended delivery when conditions would be unsuitable for a delicate gift.
Check recipient names, street addresses, postcodes, telephone numbers and delivery instructions carefully. Contact us promptly about changes; after dispatch they may not be possible and extra courier charges may apply. If an order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Our use of a courier does not limit applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Delivery prices and any special-service fees are displayed at checkout or agreed before payment. If there are additional fees for later changes or additions requested by you we will provide a credit card mechanism to pay the difference.
