Our delivery options depend on where you are located and what kind of gift you have ordered. Some travel very well and others need lots of care to arrive in the best shape.
The main options are:
South Melbourne Pickup Point - FREE
We have a daily Pickup Point by appointment at a central location near Clarendon St, South Melbourne.
Right next to Melbourne CBD and close to the freeway entrances.
There is no charge for this option.
Melbourne Same-Day Courier Delivery
Our courier partner will deliver across the Melbourne Metro area. The price of this option is distance based. As we ship from near the CBD Zone 1 is the cheapest starting at $20. Please contact us for more info about fees.
Postal Delivery Australia Wide
We also deliver via Australia Post, or equivalent courier service depending on location, speed and fees where we try to find the best value for you. Please contact us for more info about fees.
It's really important that your gift looks great on arrival. Some balloon gifts travel better than others so not all gifts are available Australia wide.
Flower and small teddies usually travel great and we deliver these Australia wide.
Unfortunately large or heavy gifts don't handle the stresses of traveling across Australia very well, and so they are only available in the Melbourne area.
